All UIC graduates are eligible to enter all UIC Library locations, including the UIC School of Law Library. Those who reside in Illinois are also eligible to borrow materials by obtaining an Alumni Borrowing Card.

To enter the UIC School of Law Library, all UIC alumni must present a government-issued photo ID (both to the first-floor lobby attendant and then to the Law Library attendant) and their Alumni Borrowing Card. Alternatively, graduates of the UIC School of Law may present a government-issued photo ID and inform the front-desk attendant that they are a Law School graduate; the attendant will then confirm their alumni status by reviewing the Law School alumni database.
