Yoga for Self-Care
Join instructor and UIC alumna Desi Bartlett BC ’95, MS ’97 for a yoga practice with a focus on nourishing your body and mind. Desi is an acclaimed author and trainer who regularly instructs A-list celebrities. She will lead us through guided breathing techniques and segue into a gentle, all-levels physical practice, concluding with a deep and refreshing rest and meditation. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.
