William A. Cook publishes his 17th book, America and the Automobile - A Historical Entertainment of the Mechanics, Moguls and Moments that Changed a Nation. The book published by Sunbury Press, Inc., is a history of milestone events in the evolution of the American automobile manufacturing industry and the people who made it happen. William is a 1983 graduate of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, MPA Program.
