School of Public Health Professor Dr. Katrine Wallace is an epidemiologist and social media science communicator who debunks misinformation and false claims about COVID-19 and its vaccines. During this hour she will discuss the difference between misinformation and disinformation, the techniques that people use to mislead, why misinformation goes so viral on social media and how viral misinformation is negatively affecting public health.
