Strategies for Combating Imposter Syndrome
Many of us, or our loved ones, may suffer from imposter syndrome. That is, feeling doubt or inadequacy, or worry you’ll be discovered as a fraud, despite evidence of competency, accomplishment and success. On March 1 at 12 p.m. CT, Leah Lebowicz MS ’12, EdD, a professor in the College of Applied Health Sciences’ Biomedical Visualization program, joins us to clarify what imposter syndrome is and how we can combat it with various strategies and tools.
