I have also become a novelist as well as an emeritus professor of law. Lido Press has published my two novels, THE MITHRAS CONSPIRACY and, my sequel novel, AMERICAN CONSPIRACY, under the pen name of M.J. Polelle. I have also filed a lawsuit now in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Federal Appeals challenging Floirda's closed-primary system under the First Amendment and the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution.
