Lowell Martin Seida, LAS James Scholar '77, is a Write-In Candidate for Village of Westchester, IL, President. He graduated as Valedictorian of Divine Infant Grammar School and St. Joseph High School, both in Westchester. 1971, he became the Founding President of the St. Joseph HS Alumni Association. 2008, he was the first Captain of the UIC Dragon Boat Team. He is a member of UIC's Chapter of the Delta Phi Alpha National German Honor Fraternity and an AISES Sequoyah Fellow.
