Joel Ebert had a book published by Vanderbilt University Press on August 15. "Welcome to Capitol Hill: 50 Years of Scandal in Tennessee Politics," is a compilation of corruption and misdeeds based on interviews, deep research and never-before-seen federal investigative files that offer a new perspective on the state’s current political environment. Former Obama senior advisor David Axelrod says the book contains "squalid tales of larceny in high places that will make you howl."
