Meghna Bhat, Ph.D has been awarded the 2022 Seeding Creativity Art Grant from the Sacramento Office of Arts and Culture.
Meghna Bhat, Ph.D. has been awarded the 2022 Seeding Creativity Art Grant from the Sacramento Office of Arts and Culture. She is one of the 45 recipients of a $10,000 grant to create a 1-year multidisciplinary art project. As a gender, immigrant, and health justice advocate Dr. Bhat, a first-generation immigrant will lead and curate a storytelling initiative titled “Gulabi Stories” for the larger South Asian diaspora communities. She is also a consultant, published scholar, and storyteller. For more details click here
