She joins us to share her knowledge on the critical role SEL competencies play in our lives, and how we can develop them in ourselves and our children. She will also cover how SEL touches issues of equity and social justice. You’ll leave this hour with knowledge and skills to grow emotional competence, resilience, self-regulation, empathy, and compassion.
