Tracy Hart was recently appointed to Senior Lecturer and Director of First Year Programs at Northern Kentucky University. Tracy earned her MA in Criminal Justice from UIC's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in 1992. She is also the chapter advisor for Alpha Lambda Delta.
