Thomas D'Arcy has been awarded Fellowship from three technical associations throughout his career.
Thomas D'Arcy has been awarded Fellowship from three technical associations: The American Concrete Association, The American Society of Engineers, and The Prestressed Concrete Institute. He was also elected Chairman of the Board of the Prestress Concrete Institute in 2005 - the only engineer to be elected to that role.
