Mina Biggs has been given the new title of Chief People Officer at Hanson Professional Services, Inc. Biggs, who also is a vice president at the company, joined the firm’s Springfield headquarters in 2015. She brings over 25 years of experience, leading all aspects of Hanson’s people and culture agenda, including talent planning, leadership development and the execution of strategies that enhance cultural and organizational transformation.
