On November 18 at 12 p.m. CT, four UIC Business alumni who’ve built careers in the food & beverage industry are joining us to talk all things food and drinks. We’ll walk through how the industry is changing including what and where we’re eating and drinking, how our delicacies get to us and the relationship between what we imbibe and sustainability. We’ll get some interesting facts and figures on the food and drinks industry and make some predictions on where it’s going.
